I have set up many mail filters but one filter won't work. It had been working until I had to re-install and rebuild Thunderbird, now it doesn't.

It had been working until I had to re-install and rebuild Thunderbird, now it doesn't. I have built it manually and also had TB build it. It is very simple, I copy the subject line and paste it in the filter and have the filter move it to a folder.
