What happened to my ability to find a message in one of my folders and "Move" it to another folder?

I used to find messages that I'd misrouted to the wrong folder. When that happened, I'd select the message, click on "Move" in the window menu, and a window would pop up with a (sorted) list of all my folders plus options like "Create a new folder". "Move" is no longer in that window menu. What do I do to relocate a message?
