My tags and filters disappear when I migrate to a different computer. How do I get those back?

I use Thunderbird for work, and I need to use more than one computer (desktop and laptop - both Macs). I've been able to successfully migrate everything over by copying the Profile folder, but tags and filters won't go over. The address book didn't either, but I just used the export/import tool for that. I've re-dragged over all the filter files, but it's still not working. I have to manually create the tags but when I tag an email on one computer, it won't tag it on the other.

Thanks, Diego! It turns out that particular add-on doesn't work with the newest version, but this one does: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/tb-import-export-wind-li-port/?src=search

I installed it and it carried over my filters and my color tags.

To export/import filters you can use Thunderbird Message Filter Import/Export add-on. But about the tags I don't know if is possible export/import them.
