Undo synchronised contacts

Hello, everytime I started Thunderbird, I got a message too synchronise my contacts. So finally I clicked synchronise. But now I'm really frustrated 'cause my whole adressbook is empty. And I put the adresses in there by hand several months ago. Including mailing lists etc. Is there a way to undo the synchronising I did? I'm not planning to start all over again with putting in the mail adresses of my contacts. So if there's no solution I'll probably go back to using Windows Live Mail online or try Outlook again...

I hope for a solution to my problem.

Thunderbird has no synchronization of contacts. Have you installed an add-on perhaps?
