Hi,

I have ZTE Open C with Firefox OS 1.3.0.0.

OS permanently indicate that headphones are pluged in. If I plug in headphones everythink is ok. But when I plug out, my phone stil send output and input to the headphones (and I cannot call).

I'm assuming that this may be a hardware issue but I'm not sure if this issue is across all devices or yours specifically.

Even "HW reset" and "Reset OS to the deufalt" does not solve the problem.

Finally it fixed itself (somehow?!).

Maybe some dirt at conector. Before I do "Reset to factory settings", "Took battery out" and leaf with connected headphones at the desk. After some time I unplug the headphones and It is work!
