That needs to be done by an Admin. We seem to have a slight backlog at the moment. I will reply again shortly.
OK I have started anew thread. Please go to and post a reply to /forums/contributors/709109
- State what user name you need.
- Check your email account for any replies you may get, including looking in the spam folder.
- And also check the forum & log in (e.g. look at this post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/954979 )
- whilst logged in look for any Private Messages that may be sent to you
There is an indicator on the top edge of the page between Inbox and the large Mozilla Tab

(/user/403358) we should be able to fix this fairly quickly.
Please say what name you would like to use, then keep all channels open for any info from the Admin person trying to make the change for you.
