Firefox keeps block return to a search page in free Reg ( parish registers) i an go to first first list of search results but after opening for more detail I get Document expired for my own safety and document has not been saved in cache very annoying. How do I urn this off please.

Each webpage that doesn't want to be cached (for whatever the reason) has a "no cache" instruction in the webpage HTML code - Firefox follows that "instruction".

Two ways to not see that "document expired" message. 1. Don't use the "Back" button. But rather use the contextual menu for that button and select the "previous page" by yourself. 2. Don't open a search result in the same tab, open it in a new tab instead. Then close that tab when you are done with it. The "search results"page / tab will show unchanged - and no "document expired".

thank you . page has no return button but found contextual menu and also open in new tab. Now have teo happy choices
