Hi wolverinewiley, Thank you for your question, I understand that when you upload an attachment that the pop up is blank.

Please try the following:

  1. Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox
  2. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-issues-with-plugins-fix...
  3. Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

It might be a plugin, an addon or graphics issue. Please post back with your results.
