I'm having trouble using the Instagram website in Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android). I can log in successfully, but the website does not work properly after logging in. Some buttons don't respond, pages don't load correctly, and I can't use Instagram normally. I have already tried restarting the browser, clearing the cache, and updating Firefox, but the issue still persists. Please help me resolve this problem.

Installed Firefox on new android. When I try to sign in using sync the camera doesn't recognize the QR code on laptop pair screen, turned up brightness, hold closer and further away etc but just doesn't recognize. If I log in using email my passwords, history etc do not transfer.

Hi, I have a Xiaomi Rednote 10 pro mobile phone. I have been a longstanding user of Firefox on numerous devices.

However I am having real difficulties on my phone when switching away from the app and returning (for example to check a code for MFA). I have checked battery settings (unrestricted), background autostart (enabled). I've tried locking the app in the recent processes list, in developer settings "don't keep activities" is off and background processes is set to standard limit.

Even with only 1 other app in memory every time I activate another app and return the page reloads and I lose what I was doing.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have the most recent update.

Other browsers on my phone such as Chrome do not exhibit this behaviour - when I switch apps and back again the page in the browser is retained.

Is this a known fault with this type of phone? Am I doing something obviously wrong? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Firefox for android keeps crashing period open it up and in a few seconds it'll crash and it just keeps doing this period

Also comma when I sync it with my computer, it syncs everything but the bookmarks

Any progress on this? Import bookmarks is already in Firefox android Nightly — export bookmarks should be just as easy, especially for privacy-first users who can't use Sync.

I am following the instructions to ad a site to my exceptions buts it's just runs me in a circle, please tell me how to ad a page to exceptions if it says cookies must be allowed in browser

I have used Firefox for years now and I always keep my sync on. When I sign in to a new device, I sync and all my data. I had a problem with my PC today and I downloaded Firefox for mobile on my Android tab. I tried signing in but forgotten my password, I did a reset and logged in and tried to sync but I can't find my previous data. I can't even see any of my previous devices. This is strange because it has always worked

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
