Hello, I wanted to create a script that doesn't allow me to disable a certain extension. For that I thought to locate the file in which the states of extensions are put. I searched online, and the answer appears to be that such file is available in extensions folder in my profile. However, I am unable to find extensions folder under my profile.

I would appreciate the help.

Hi, can the function mention above be remove or flag off somehow? For me watching icon is already enough. cause when hover the side of the website to navigate accidentally expand the sidebar and in some time is just expand many times probably due to a bug.

When v143 was released something happened to the shortcuts row(s). Regardless of refreshing efforts, rolling back versions, and searching the forums, there's no way to consistently get the shortcuts back. Sometimes they appear with a new browser instance, sometimes they don't. They don't appear with new tabs, and they don't stay when they do appear with a new browser. Grrrr. Please restore the shortcuts!

Hi, I have been trying all day to get my Trend Micro program working on my Firefox browser, including Password manager. These programs work ok on MS Edge browser, but I can't get it to work on my Firefox browser

Hi, I am having this problem where I am watching a video and there is a very annoying white line at the top of the screen, I have already tried the trick to turn off the titlebar but its still there. My version is updated all the way as well, what do I do now?

Firefox used to close completely when I close the last tab. The last update broke that behavior. How can I get it back the way it was? This new behavior is sick!!!

I used to be able to clear all data with no problem, but now it's holding to Gmail login data (I think that's the problem, anyway). I clear all data after each browsing session and have been doing so for a long time, but it's not working anymore. But it is working on my husband's laptop and we're on the same version of Windows (11) and have the same settings. Can someone please assist in figuring out what's happening behind the scenes? For some reason, all my text has been showing up as bold on my Firefox web browser. However, the same sites do not appear as bold on the mobile Firefox app or in a private Firefox web browser.

While I thought it applied to many different fonts, it seems to specifically target Roboto. This is especially troublesome because my photography website has all body text as Roboto:

This was not always the case, but one day everything began appearing bold several weeks ago. Text that is italicized seems to stay in italics and not bold.

My shortcuts no longer appear on my homepage. This just started happening. Shortcuts are still enabled in my settings. I refreshed Firefox. The shortcuts reappeared for a while, then disappeared again when I closed/reopened Firefox. I am on Windows 11 O/S

Please let me know how to get my favorite sites back on my home screen. I use them a lot as they are real time savers. When I signed on this morning, it asked if I wanted Firefox to access my computer. I've always said yes and the updates have never caused a problem - until today.

I have various shortcuts saved on the shortcut page comes up after logging in. Its set to 2 rows.. I use it every day. Used it this morning and working perfectly. Been out and when I came back the page is totally blank. I've tried sytem restore to 5th October but makes no difference. I use Windows 10 and read that Firefox are continuing to support Windows 10 I'm visually impaired and use a desktop PC with a large screen. I'm not PC techically knowledgeable. How do I restore my shortcuts or how do I re create them?

Firefox freezes when I try to sign into YouTube via Google. Becomes totally unresponsive and I have to close browser. It's the only site this happens on. I have cleared the cache and cookies, unchecked "Hardware Acceleration" and other recommendations from other posts. Please talk to me like I'm your Baby Boomer dad.

The favicons on my homepage are not appearing when I launch Firefox, and I can't find any way to restore them. Turning the favicons on/off in the settings doesn't help, it just moves the location of the search bar. I've included some images to better illustrate the problem.

Is there any way we can restore the favicons?

When I use on line banking and I want to look at a check, I can not get Firefox to render a check image. Also I downloaded tickets to an event and FF would not render the Q-code on the tickets. I what to know what settings to change in order to do online banking. BTW it works in Chromium Browser, but I do not use it and have little knowledge about Chromium, I just have it on my laptop for troubleshooting.

I have pop up blockers set to allow pop up blockers, but ev en though they are turned on. Firefox will not allow pop up windows in the learning management software (D2L brightspace) used at my university.

You have my operating system as windows 10, it is windows 11 ??? ......... 2nd question ......... when I bring up Firefox it shows the weather for Chicago, I live in Minneapolis/St. Paul area, following your weather location change instruction, the weather still goes back to Chicago.

Hi, thank you for reading this :) Since a week or two I have issues with drops in framerate of videos. It happened first on youtube but since then also on other platforms with other video players.

I've tried troubleshooting mode, fresh install, different network. Nothing helps. Speedtest has me at 160 mbps up and down.

The audio runs smoothly in all this though, it really is just the video that drops.

I use firefox on a Macbook and have this feeling it started to happen when I upgraded to macOS Tahoe.
