I'd like to subscribe and pay for Mozilla VPN on a PC and Android phone, but, don't want to initiate and pay for the subscription via Google Play. I'd rather manage the subscription for the service via a browser based interface on a PC, but, it seems like this is not currently possible. Is that the case?

I see someone else has already asked similary: Mozilla VPN availability on F-Droid would also be a plus.

I would like to request a refund for my recent Mozilla VPN subscription renewal. The subscription was renewed automatically just now, but I no longer use the VPN and did not intend to continue the subscription.

I have not used the service since the renewal. Please cancel my subscription and refund the latest charge to my original payment method.

In the past weeks Mozilla VPN is not working in Italy. As of today, I cannot connect to any of Mozilla VPN servers. Everything fails, ping is stuck. I am connecting via Vodafone Italy as my ISP.

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?

i accepted a free trial for vpn. I do not want to be charged for vpn. i dont find vpn usefull. websites dont allow access when Im using vpn. do not add to my account.

I have a paid subscription to Mozilla's VPN service, but need to temporarily suspend/cancel the subscription. When I go into settings there is no subscription listed though my bank shows that I have been paying the monthly $4 charge for many months. How do I cancel the subscription?

I subscribed to Mozilla VPN a few days ago, but have now learned that I can get Bitdefender's version for free. I wish to cancel Mozilla's version and, hopefully, be reimbursed.

last year I deleted my paypal account. Before that I deleted all entries and connections to abonnements in paypal. A few days ago i received an e-mail from Mozilla that I should pay my VPN abonnement. I would like to do so, but after logging in, I was shown an error message: "Invalid payment information. There is a problem with your account. Manage payment method."

When I go to "Manage payment methods," no options for other payment methods appear, only a PayPal link. What should I do now?

Hi! I've received an email informing about my upcoming VPN subscription reneval. But when I went to my subscriptions page I can only see "You have no active subscriptions" message. Does it mean that my subscription is cancelled and the email message is wrong?

I want to remove Paypal from my Mozilla VPN subscription and add a credit card, but I can't figure out how to add a payment method.

I tried removing Paypal, but it forced me to restore Paypal as the payment method.

How do I switch to a credit card?

Back on May 12, 2026 I received an email message saying that my credit card failed to pay for my apple icloud storage. I just saw this message and I want to set up another method of payment to apple for my icloud storage, but I don't know how to accomplish this. Please tell me what I should do.
