No firefox VPN in tool bar I am logged in Usual way of setting up recommended by firefox does not work Have tried log in log out . Clear data etc . open close. BUT still no way I can find a way of setting up the new Firefox VPN. No ICON or anything about the VPN in tool bar or drop down menu How to fix answer please MAC OSX. 26.3.1 MBPro 2025

After updating firefox, the new tab had a free vpn link. However, when I clicked on the link it did not activate. It brought me to instructions that say to click on the vpn icon, I don't see it in my toolbar. Suggestions?

You guys keep hijacking my browser and stopping all my work on a near weekly basis. Shutting down my ability to work on projects and stopping my browser from functioning in the middle of use. I can't even pay bills without you guys interrupting my browser with your bullcrap.

This is unacceptable. I've gone through great lengths trying to stop you from hijacking my browser. I installed a policy generator and followed the instructions to put a policy in. I uninstalled Firefox's background updater tool. I disabled automatic updates in the settings to the best of my ability.

I've gone through everything I can think of trying to stop your forced updates. Its unethical what Mozilla is doing to its users. I even tried to lock policies with admin only authorizations but firefox couldn't read the file anymore when I did that. I did confirm today that the policy file was still working, when Firefox ignored it and shut down my browser till I restarted it. I confirmed that Firefox is blatently ignoring policies.

I just checked and Background Maintnence was installed again when I didn't want it. You're now installing software against my will too? What the hell is going on.

I HAVE A HOME PAGE WITH ICONS. BUT WHEN I OPEN FOXFIRE NOW I GET A HOME PAGE WITH ONE ICON TO ADD MORE ICONS. HOW DO I GET FOXFIRE TO OPEN MY HOME PAGE? WHAT IS GOING ON? THE FIRST PHOTO IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE AND THE SECOND IS WHAT COMES UP WHEN I OPEN FOXFIRE.

In the past, I was able to freehand highlight PDFs that did not recognize the Text. I was using this function this week; maybe the newest Firefox update is at fault. Without this, half of my documents are not really usable in Firefox. Everything else works. If it recognizes the text, I have no problems; the pencil tool also works just fine.

I can't use the built in Highlighter anymore on locally saved PDFs. It only works on PDFs that are properly scanned in and where i can actually select the words. 2 days ago, I was still able to basically use the highlighter on all PDFs and draw on them however I liked. I haven't installed anything new or changed anything.

I also have tried to reset Firefox and reinstalled it. It's still not working.

I would really appreciate any help. I couldn't find anything based on my problems.

I've been trying to figure out how to turn on the free VPN within the browser - (using this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn?utm_source=www.firefox.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=whatsnew-150#w_turn-on-vpn-in-firefox)...

...but I can't find the VPN set up prompt or VPN icon anywhere in the tool bar. I've explored customizing the toolbar, even, to see if it's there, but it's not. Am I not eligible? (I am in the US and not in "enterprise" as far as I know)

Please help me turn on this free feature. I'm not sure why it doesn't seem to be working on my Firefox (version 150.0 aarch64).

I've spent +90 minutes trying to find, add, & activate the new, free version of the new FF VPN from the 150 update. I get stuck in a circular loop that tells me to do the same, unsuccessful task over & over. We know what doing the same, unsuccessful task over & over & over, while expecting the correct response, but getting the same, wrong answers is called: the definition of insanity.

I'm no I.T. engineer, but I have been working on Windows OS computers since 1994. I've never felt like an idiot when it comes to working on & troubleshooting computers...until today.

Hello Mozilla, FireFox in my default browser, but since you last update to 150.0, now my outlook won't open the hyper links from e-mail with them. It worked just fine between the two before. Now I get a message " this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this compute. Please contact your system administrator." I am the administrator! anybody else report this issue since? I've tried all the internet advised fixes of changing the regedit registers from FIREFOXhtml to just htmlfile, but no joy. Hello. i noticed that my shortcuts are missing. i went to settings to check if it's enabled (check mark) and it is in fact enabled. tried to reset my computer and the shortcuts are still not there. on the main firefox page there is actually no shortcut icons on there...at all. all of the options in settings work with the exception (of course) the shortcuts. i would like to know why this is happening...thx
