Hello. When I opened my browser, you forcefully opened a tab about VPN and how to install this. However I cannot find the mentioned "get started" button.

hello, i heard that firefox released a free vpn plan, i tried to access it via the toolbar but it asked me to install the app (pic 1), after i installed the app it asked me to select a plan but there isn't a free option (pic 2). the firefox vpn won't allow me to proceed unless i select a plan (pic 3). so how to i get access to the free plan?

I have been locked out of my account and the two factor authentication does not work any longer. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.

I do not have a Backup Authentication code, but I am logged into Firefox on my mobile. Unfortunately, the iOS version does not have the ability to change my Security settings as instructed by the guide.

Can you please help me gain access to my account?

When I attempt to access some sites I get the attached pop-up. But when I follow the directions it says to try again. This doesn't happen with other browsers. Is it really a protection or just a way for them to track me which is why I have Firefox?

I've been paying Mozilla for quite some time and have never been able to access it. When signing in it does not accept password that I have written down. When using prompt to change password, I enter email and am told an email with security numbers will be sent within 10 minutes. It never arrives. I look in junk and check filtered mail.

I want to sync my phone's firefox browser with my computers but I have so many security issues with google that I'm afraied that they may have control of the browser on my phone, and I most defiantly don't want the issues showing up here on my computer, Just trying to be careful.

Where is the VPN button? Why am I getting notifications for features that clearly aren’t available to me? I have all of the necessary privacy features turned on and am not on an enterprise device.

Every time I manually update firefox, it reinstalls the automatic update malware "Mozilla Maintenance Service". I can't stop this malware from being installed with my browser every time I update Firefox. I call it malware because its not wanted, and it behaves like malware by secretly downloading content without my consent and then shutting down my browser when it finishes by blocking access to all new tabs.

I've tried adding policies to stop auto updates, but Mozilla Maintenance Service ignores all policies. I'm going to see if I can contact AVG and explain to them that Mozilla Maintenance Service is malware and see if I can get it classified as such to see if that'll finally get through to someone because I'm sick of this crap constantly being installed and forcing things on me whenever they want and not when I want.

Now after this update, every google search forces open my location service trying to force me to give location rights. This update is even more malware than all the other updates before hand. Firefox is getting extremely dangerous.

Download Issues My downloads have stopped displaying. Each page of a download is now just a black screen. Any advice as to how I can restore them?

Your instructions regarding verifying if your new VPN feature is working don't seem to apply. I don't have any VPN feature of icon in the upper right hand corner of my Firefox window???

Arch Linux Wayland FF v150 from Arch repos

When right clicking the context menu appears, but sometimes in odd places, and the disappears, so you can't select anything.

Same is true selecting the Help submenu from the Hamburger menu.

Restarting the browser fixes it for a few minutes, then same problem comes back.

Dear Sirs! I've been trying to install FF in several ways. Using installer.exe and setup150.exe. I started these files from same disk as the system (C), Temp folder empty and unlocked for read\write, located where it should be C-user-appdata-local-temp. I started files as administrator. Each time the setup fails with system notice like on the picture attached. It says "can not find specified file"

My notebook is very old, but it runs Win 10 OK, Chrome is OK also

I was in contact with Bitdefender Support and they suggested the following:

If Facebook still won't open, open Bitdefender and:
  - Go to Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Settings.
  - Turn OFF "Encrypted Web Scan" temporarily.
  - Now reload Facebook in Firefox.

Afterwards, I also had to click on "Messenger" to get all my contacts.

This is temporary since before FF 150, Bitdefender ran with "Encrypted Web Scan", and I had no problem in loading Facebook. So something that changed in FF 150 conflicts with Bitdefender's "Encrypted Web Scan".
