Account --> Manage account --> add --> secondary email --> (i put the code) and then firefox returns: account already exists. this is not true.server dont clean the cache? i dont now.

I am having issues using the search functions on car rental websites for National, Enterprise and Alamo car rentals. I enter in all the needed info for location and dates, but when I search, I get an error message that says try again later. See attached screenshot. I am using Firefox 150 and Windows 11. Other car rental sites work fine and I've never encountered this issue before.

Firefox was misbehaving. I didn't see an obvious link to reinstall, so I went to the Mozilla site and initiated the install. There was an error message indicating that it did not complete. It now seems that I have lost all my settings/bookmarks/history etc. Please help.

I am a business owner and I need to log into united health care provider portal. Mozilla will not allow me to access. I'm using this link: https://secure.uhcprovider.com/ and Mozilla will not allow me to go further. This is causing work stoppage. Chat GPT says the link is secure. HELP! After version 149, I find I am asked to provide the Windows password in order to modify or copy saved passwords (but not fill when visiting a site). I had already set a primary password to secure my saved passwords, so this never should have happened. Turning off this setting also prompts for the Windows password. In v151, I recommend that Firefox allow the primary password to be used instead, for both managing passwords and turning off the "require device sign in" setting.

I can understand trying to force password security and encryption upon users who do not have a primary password set, but that should have been accomplished by prompting the user to set a primary password. Users with primary passwords should have been excepted from the change. "Require device sign in" should never have been an option - local system passwords are not designed for this use, and no consumer-grade app should have access to them.

As a CISSP I never recommend that anyone use browser-based password managers at all, but I do use the Firefox one for some non-critical sites. This discovery has been an annoyance, but worse, it reveals a poor understanding of security on the part of Mozilla.

Fire fox is automatically playing videos/sound or both if I click on a tab that has that or also in facebook, etc. How do I stop this? I want to be able to click play when I want to hear/see something.

I am unable to load my Facebook . have Googled the problem but am anable to perform most of their advice. I am running W11 and have emptied the cache but this didn't fix the problem. Please help !!

This morning I tried to sign in to my Credit Union account. I clicked on my sign-in name, nothing there. I went to my password for my Credit Union account & the entire password manager listing is blank. There are no accounts listed at all. Have someone stolen my information? Did I press something wrong to delete them? I'm 78 years old & not very computer knowledgeable. I have used Firefox for maybe 15 years old & have never had any kind of problem before. Kind I restore this part of my account?

I have used Firefox as primary browser on my Mac for many years — never Safari.

Until yesterday, I used Safari as the only browser on my iPhone.

I now see all my Safari bookmarks in the iPhone’s new Firefox browser, but not the important open Safari tabs.

How can I sync my iPhone Safari web page tabs to Firefox on both devices, and sync the Mac’s open Firefox web page tabs to iPhone Firefox?

FF updated to 150 and I tried to use the new VPN feature but couldn't find it. Looked up the directions and couldn't find where it was supposed to be. After trying the hamburger, more tools and customize toolbar I made the mistake to 'reset toolbar'. I lost my extension shortcuts and when I tried hamburger-more tools-customize toolbar they weren't there. I tried doing it from the extension page, no luck, then I tried to disable the extensions and reenable in hopes their icons would repopulate the toolbar, no luck. Is there a way to do this? It's like FF is blocking me from adding them from the customize toolbar page and the extensions page. Also, I never did find the FF VPN either after it updated to FF 150.
