FF crashed on me 8 times yesterday. It even crashes in safe mode. I have reinstalled the latest version, but in general I keep everything up to date. My plugins were up to date, except for Microsoft Silver, which I have since updated.

I have gone through the following pages and completed the steps, yet it continues to crash:

http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/avoid-crashes?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=How+to+avoid+crashes
