I downloaded thunderbird on my android phone, and imported settings from my laptop. My personal gmail account has been working fine. However, my school microsoft online account has not been able to send emails. it can receive emails, but whenever I try to send an email, it just stays in outbox gives an error message: Failed to send some messages Authentication unsuccessful [BL1PR13CA0340.namprd13.prod.outlook.com 2025-09-01T13:04:36.305Z 08DDE84F8D3B37FC] or Authentication failed Authentication failed for [my email]. Update your server settings. Given that the smtp server settings are exactly the same as on my laptop since I imported from there, I don't know what to change to fix this issue.
