Test Pilot - How Do I Remove it?

To deal with a specific problem with FireFox I uninstall V9 and reinstalled it. "Test Pilot" has appeared from nowhere. It was not installed prior to the uninstall, however, it was present after the new install. I have never loaded Test Pilot As an add-on. It is not listed in Plugins and is not in Extensions. How do I remove Test Pilot?

If you have Feedback in Extensions, remove it.

Feedback was not present.

Did a file search for "pilot" and found 3 copies of Test Pilot .xpi. Renamed the files as .old. Restarted Firefox and Test Pilot was no longer present.
