Firefox crashes
Firefox suddenly crashed on me and will now continually crash on startup after a few seconds (enough to load my home page - Google.ca).
Same effect when opened in Safe Mode.
I also just tried updating Firefox to the latest version and it still crashes.
Didn't install any extensions or userscripts on my last working sessions.
On a Mac. Snow Leopard.

Looks like a font problem.
You can do a check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:
