Microsoft 365 tab keeps poping up sometimes multiple windows open, how do I stop it?

The Microsfot365 tab keeps opening up in my browser, multiple tabs will open there is no time frame between. Sometimes one will open, followed by a tab every few seconds. Sometimes it's a few mins between the tabs opening. Two have opened since I opened this window.
