Mozilla VPN and Firefox built-in VPN are different.

Mozilla VPN is system wide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-mozilla-vpn-and-how-does-it-work

Firefox built-in VPN is just for Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

If you already have Mozilla VPN, there is no need to use Firefox built-in VPN.
