When I try to print a document that I've accessed through my Firefox Browser, the print options list is grayed out for color printing and I can only print in black & white.
When I want and try to print a document that I've accessed from a website with my Firefox browser, the print options in the box on the right side of my screen is grayed out for printing in color and I can only print in black & white. I have a Brother laser color printer. This is a relatively new problem. I don't know why the color print function is grayed out. I couldn't get a good answer from a Brother tech when I called them on this problem.

You can try fixing this by doing the following : 1. use system print dialog First, press Ctrl + P or Cmd + P , then look at the bottom and click Print using system dialog. Then, in the system menu, click preferences/properties, and select color, making sure grayscale isn't selected.
2. reset corrupted Firefox print settings first, flick the Firefox menu button, click more troubleshooting info, and scroll down to printing section and click clear saved print settings. After that, restart Firefox and try again.
3. Force system dialog default First, go to about:config, click accept risk, then search for print.prefer_system_dialog and set it to true. If it doesn't work immediately, try restarting Firefox. keep in mind that you should only use about:config if you know what you are doing.
Could you try to save the document and print it offline? Will it print in color? If not, please check your printer for the color toner.
