Please, check Go to configuration editor https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox Next Enter a search term browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabWallpapers.customWallpaper.enabled and check the value true Next Enter a search term browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabWallpapers.customColor.enabled and check the value true
