Hi, your Firefox identified itself as Firefox 78 running on "El Capitan". There aren't any major updates available for your version of MacOS. (Firefox Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10 and 10.11 users move to Extended Support Release)

Have you considered upgrading your OS? If you go to the Mac App Store (probably you need to use Safari for this), you can check whether any newer versions are compatible with your Mac. Then you could bump up to the Extended Support Release of Firefox 115 (for 10.12, 10.13, and 10.14) or newer.
