Trouble Adding Second Gmail Account

I just installed Thunderbird and successfully added my personal Gmail account. Now I want to add a second Gmail account I use for work. I followed the instructions (New-> Email) and input the second account's credentials. I receive the green "success" notification after entering my credentials.

However, when it then opens the Gmail login screen in a new window, when I enter the username and hit enter, nothing happens. It just erases the username I entered and remains on the same screen. I'll enter it again and hit enter, same thing.

I've tried to set it up automatically and manually and have the same issue.

Thoughts?

Is this a gsuite account, and if so, has IMAP been enabled by the account admin.?
