Undo closed tab reopens tab to the top of list instead of previously used position

Say I have 50 tabs open and I accidentally close the bottom tab and hit "Undo" in the popup. Instead of placing the tab back into the spot it was previously in the list, it is placed at the very top of the list so I have to scroll way up to the top to open it. This wouldn't be the end of the world but you also can't rearrange tabs....

Yes. Hopefully tabs rearrangement will land soon.
