how to delete from file list RSS News & Blogs

It is an account. So you remove it like any other account

Go to Edit|Account Settings

Select the unwanted account.

Click on the button at the bottom of the pane listing your accounts. It is usually labelled Account Actions.

Then select Remove Account.
