my mozilla has seemingly been hi-jacked by Palikan Search and I cannot get to Firefox. What to do?

I try to go to Firefox but Palikan Search comes up and Reimage suggests that I scan my computer. looks like a scam to me. how do I get to Firefox without this happening?
