Went to Account Settings | Server Settings | Security Settings. (Don’t know how.) Changed Authentication Method from “Encrypted Password” to “Password, transmitted insecurely”. It started working.

I do, but on checking your profile there is no other threads you have created or replied to. So I am guessing you have created a new user account on the site to make this reply.

I suggest you click the button in the email you were sent with your original message that says something about it being helpful; (even if it is not, we can fix that) as it will open your original thread. then do the same here and I will at least cross link this with that and close this.
