I lost all bookmarks on or about June 29, 2026 after doing a Firefox update that asked me to create a profile when I'd never had one before. I have not been able to recover them.

235 Hello, my bank updated its online banking service, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. It works with Edge or Chrome but not Firefox. I never keep my browsing history and have cleared the cache, so why can't I log in?

Hello. uz vase roka mi plays videos without sound on Facebook. I tried to figure out why in the settings, but I failed. on other sites, the sound works. what could be the problem?

I use Firefox trying to access myGov account. I can Log into myGov account without any issues, but once I log in. I can't click on link within myGov to go to any of the linked services. Forefox just stay on the page without going anywhere. Every time I want to log into MyGov, I got to use other browser like Microsoft Edge. In Edge or Chrome, the same log in process, but then when I click on the linked service, like ATO, Medicare, etc. It actually take me to ATO, or Medicare etc, where In Firefox it does not work when I click on the link.

I was able to navigate firefox this morning and this afternoon VPN comes up and I can't do any of the necessary operations for my work. How can I get back to plain Firefox?

I have been trying to get amazon prime videos to play. It keeps saying videos are unavailable

threw a little research I discovered that a new update. probably an old update by now .. they could not use the video service.. they had to switch to a different browser.

I'm not switching to the anti-American google to watch a video..

i'm on ver 152 in windows 11

Hello: w11p laptop. FF dev 153.0b.11 (12july). The overflow option for the menu bar containing the address field does not let me move extensions icons from the "always view" choice to the overflow. I have already looked at "extensions & themes dropdown. I have already viewed possible answers here & the worst one says: "NO." That is, this used to be a useable item, but w/changes, no go. I have a 18 in /45cm (only) monitor & don't use FF full screen hardly ever, just 1/2 is enuf. Any solutions/add-ons for a workaround so I can see more than 1/2 in of address field (when the whole browser window is 6 in total)? Tx.

Hi after the 152.0.6 Firefox update I cannot get rid of the round Firefox logo on my home screen and new tabs. I have this toggled off in settings and toggled false in about:config. Why aren't these updates tested before release to the public

Since the last two updates, Not including the current update as I have not downloaded it because I am sick of them, I cannot see any images on Sky news articles. There is just a white box where the images should be.

Also the back/forward buttons are useless. I do a search on Bing and click through the pages then when I , say get to page six and retype for another article the previous search doesn't exist when I use the back button. I have to remember and retype the name of the article I am looking for.

I have to reload history, bookmarks, passwords each 3 - 4 days, when Firefox refreshes the software. It was not happening before, just in the last two moths. How can I fix it?

I am trying to browse a particular website (olivegarden.com), but it automatically redirects me to the country-specific website (olivegarden.ca). I have tried it on different browsers but I get the same result. It does not do it for Amazon or other websites for example. When I use a VPN, I have no problem accessing the .com website. Do I need to adjust the settings on Firefox or is this an issue with Olive Garden? I have reached out to them but so far they are unable to help me.
