Hello,

I am getting the same response on Firefox.

Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot.

I followed all the protocols online to resolve this issue and it happens to much. What is going on and is there a way I can stop this please?

I have used Mozilla Firefox for a long time and now this has happened.

I don't have this issue with other browsers only Firefox.

I am using a Windows 10 and will be updating to Windows 11 very soon.

Can anyone from Mozilla Firefox help me please?

Thank you. Renee

Hello!

Sorry to hear you are facing these issues. When this type of error appears on a website, it usually means you have been flagged as a bot or an irregular user. It can be caused by IP changes, rate limits, extensions, and more.

To start fixing the problem, try loading the affected websites using Troubleshoot Mode. This is in the 3 line Firefox menu (usually at the top right of the window), help & report, troubleshoot mode. This will restart your browser and disable most features. If the affected sites work multiple times after you enable Troubleshoot Mode, then it is most likely one of your extensions/Firefox browsing feature is causing the issue. If not, it is likely a network issue and not browser based.

Please try this and let us know if this solved your issue. Thank you for your long time support of Firefox!

Hello,

I think I solved this issue finally. I unchecked Cookies and Site Data and site Site Settings, and added to the exceptions list and under Privacy and Security, Exceptions for Enhanced Tracking Protections, I added under website https://google.com.

I found this information under Firefox ask the community questions, and it has seemed to work so far.

So by unchecking Cookies and Site Data, this seemed to fix the issue.

I will keep track if anything else goes wrong.

Thank you for your advice.

Renee
