I use GiveAsYouLive to raise funds for charity when shopping online. To ensure it works what settings should I have in Firefox to allow the shop site to interact with my browser? Please explain in simple terms as I'm not a techie !

I cannot find the new built-in VPN or any icon to add to my toolbar. It was offered to me after update 150 but it only brought me to the support page on how to add it to toolbar. The icon is not at upper right corner of browser. And I found no way via Customize Toolbar to add the new VPN to toolbar.

Every time I try to open Thunderbird mail, I get a screen to install it again!!. Why is this.?? Is there a way to keep it installed.? Or must I jump through hoops each time I need to use email.?

Thunderbird widow is coming up on the sceen and says loading mesages. Does not happen. And it is not possible to promt. It is also impossible to quit the programme, I have to turn off the lap top. I have upgraded, seems to be ok. but the problem is still there. Geir H W

When I try to print an attachment using the mozilla app on my desk top computer. It only prints a blank page. I open the same attachment in gmail, it prints fine. Please help I like the app. Thank you Anthony

Every time Firefox (on Windows desktop) updates it loses all passwords. I am able to recover them by syncing from my Firefox Android. Surely, there is a better solution than that. Is there a way to protect the passwords in a file or is there a Firefox setting that needs to be changed?

Thunderbird is stuck loading the same corrupted profile and always shows the welcome screen, even when I create new profiles.

I used the Profile Manager via thunderbird.exe -p and created new profiles (“Clean” and “Clean2”). Both profile folders exist in %APPDATA%\Thunderbird\Profiles. However, Thunderbird still launches the same original profile every time.

Even when I select “Clean2” in the Profile Manager (with “Use the selected profile without asking” unchecked), Thunderbird ignores the selection and loads the old profile. Safe Mode (thunderbird.exe -safe-mode) also does not disable the welcome module.

This appears to be a profiles.ini corruption or a profile lock issue, because Thunderbird is not switching profiles even though the Profile Manager shows the correct selection.

Could you advise how to repair or reset the profile configuration so Thunderbird will actually load a new profile?

i a able to recieve emails with several reciepients copied in the email list, but how ever and not able to reply or send email to a reciepinet list more than 8 as areply or as an independed email that am sending where i wish to copy more than 9 or more reciepients

Subject: Help recovering old Firefox Sync data using my Recovery Key

Hello Mozilla Support,

I’m trying to recover my old Firefox Sync data, especially my bookmarks and saved passwords.

I still have an Account Recovery Key that I saved on August 27, 2025. However, after signing in to my Mozilla account today, my account page shows “Account recovery key: Not set”, and syncing does not restore my old bookmarks or passwords.

I may have reset or changed my Mozilla account password today without using the old Recovery Key during the process.

Could you please confirm:

Is there any way to use my old Recovery Key now to recover the previously encrypted Firefox Sync data? Is the old Sync data still retained on Mozilla’s servers in any recoverable form? Is there any other recovery procedure available for bookmarks, passwords, or previous Sync data?

I still have access to the same Mozilla account and the original Recovery Key file. I will not send the Recovery Key itself unless there is an official secure procedure that requires it.

I'm stuck in a loop with trying to enable VPN. Initial click on the vpn icon in the top right gives me a popup with a "Get Started" button. I clicked that and went through the authentication process (logged into my mozilla account). I then got the popup with the "Next: Turn on VPN" message. However I click on the top right icon again (as indicated in the popup) but I'm back to the icon with the "Get Started" button - then round again...

FOR SOME REASON FIREFOX TAKES AN ETERNITY TO POPULATE PASSWORDS AND USERNAMES IN FIELDS AFTER THE SECOND TO LAST UPDATE. VERY FEW TIMES IT DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER WHEN YOU CLICK THE FIELDS.

THIS HAPPENS ON ALL FIELDS INDISCRIMINATELY. LIKE IT'S TAKING MORE PROCESSING TIME OR SOMETHING. FIREFOX IS GETTING HEAVIER WITH EVERY UPDATE ISN'T IT.

I thought tab groups should be available by now on android, why am I still unable to use them? I can't drag and drop (tried to no avail), there are no settings I can toggle and I'm really getting frustrated. I use the most recent version from the Play Store, and my phone is on Android 16, so "Software too old" can't be the case...

The problem is illustrated in the first image attached: Google Maps shows no image, just solid black. This does not occur in browsers other than Firefox.

After restarting my laptop, the same problem persists, but on first going to the Google Maps website the usual image of my neighborhood flashes, then disappears to be replaced by the black.

The second attached image shows four possible causes and fixes offered by Google AI. I tried them all, and nothing made any difference. This image also shows that the thumbnail image appears when my cursor hovers over the tab in which Maps is open.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did before this problem occurred was browsing the Firefox Extensions on advice of Google AI to turn off the intrusive "Genius" AI pop-ups, but I didn't discover anything relevant and I don't think I made any changes.

I'd welcome any suggestions for what to try next,
