I`ve gone to tools in Firefox and setup sync "setup up now" and it was accepted. How do i now export my Firefox bookmarks over to my Tablet please?

Thanks, but i can`t find the code on the device. I click on "Show me how" and it takes me back to the instructions. see attached please.
