Some times I must multiclick FIREFOX to open; then, a window pops,"Update failed"..."The partial update could not be applied."those times one(1)click,notwork
Firefox does not open properly, and takes many ICON clicks to get, first the Software Update window, which at the end says, "(patch apply failed)" I then am told to download manually by going to your Website; which I have done a couple of time without success in fixing the problem of Firefox not starting until I click the Icon many times & then some times not starting or maybe starting many windows of Firefox. I use Flock, Google, I Explorer for certain tasks Firefox for all else. MY TROUBLES STARTED THIS YEAR.

Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
