some of my keys don't work when i use firefox as my browser, they work when i use explorer
some of my keys on my keyboard do not work when I use firefox however they all work without any problems when I use explorer. the keys are random keys such as my: oi some numbers and my backspace

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
