all my bookmarks are gone as well as my bookmarks toolbar. Also my arrow buttons are not working
When I turned firefox on today all of my bookmarks as well as my bookmarks toolbar were gone. I have tried to restore them, but I get an error message saying "unable to process the backup file". Arrow buttons are disabled as well. I have gone through the troubleshooting tasks, and nothing has worked. I even tried restoring my computer to an earlier date, and that did not help either.
