M&I Bank just told me I need v 3.6.3 I have v 3.6.13 and I can't access my online statements. How do I get 3.6.3? Other then the statements I can access all other information. I have a Mac OS 10.5.8

Cheat a little and change your user-agent. There are add-ons to do it. (search for Agent) It should allow you to have firefox report 3.6.3 instead of 3.6.13.
Don't expect your bank's support help desk to be able to help you, though.
