Is there a way to have to have a password to be able to change any of settings? For example clearing history, deleting cookies etc..

I would like to be able to not have the users of the computer be able to delete anything. For example, history, cookies, bookmarks etc.. Is there a way to set it up that when you go to do this is asks for a password??
