I have downloaded but I do not get the Firefox web page.
I downloaded Firefox, I have not got the Firefox web page showing ie Browser bar, add ons,e mails,tool bar, or anything?
This happened

Hello pauline chapman,
please follow these steps:
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Escape on your computer.
- In the Task Manager window, click the Processes tab.
- For every firefox.exe that you find in the list, click it and hit the End process button.
- Confirm the message with Yes.
Re-try to open Firefox, by double-clicking the file.
