I can't access 'Pay My Bills' through my bank on my desktop.

I pay my bills through my local bank website. I can access all portions of my bank account EXCEPT the "Pay My Bills' function. HELP

Hi there, could you add which is the url of your bank? Do you have the same issue in other browsers?
