As above - my Mac computer is on the OS High Sierra v. 10.13.6 . Which won't allow me to use the latest Firefox versions, and I am using the esr-update channel to run Firefox v 115. This in turn won't let me run the Mapbox GL you say is necessary to run OS Maps - which I have been paying-for and using without problems for several years. Since I am not prepared to buy a new Imac just to continue using OS Maps please explain how you advise me to get over this problem using my existing setup. If that is not possible then I will have to ask for a refund of my subscription and I'll use a different maps application.

I'm running macOS High Sierra 10.13.3. After Firefox automatically updated me to the Extended Support Release 15.42.0esr (64-bits), some websites no longer load. The page loads blank or the site never finishes loading. Before the update, the previous version of Firefox ran very well on this Mac all the sites I use opened normally. My questions: 1. Is it possible to revert to the Firefox version I was using before this

  update? If so, which version should I install, and what is the safe way to
  downgrade? I've read that downgrading can affect my profile.

2. If reverting is not recommended, is there any setting within ESR 115 that

  could restore access to these sites?

i find it amazing that firefox does not recognize that my bell email is legitimate... for a while i blamed MY computer as it is older not so... it comes down to the fact firefox is constantly showing problem loading page... for years i have been receiving ekos surveys again there it is problem loading page thus this morning when it stated problem loading page i overrode it & opened the survey page & completed the survey my first in months... it comes down to firefox... when i am comfortable i accept when not comfortable i ignore & move on...

I have used Firefox as my browser for many years now. But I am having difficulties with my Apple Mail App and have tried to set up email account on Gmail. Gmail/google have message saying my Browser, ie Firefox, is no longer supported on their platform for email. I also saw a message in Firefox, saying my OS 10.13.6 is no longer supported by Firefox.

questions: can I still use Firefox if my OS stays the same (ie I don't update computer OS, not sure if I can anyway) is there a way to update Firefox to work with GMail?

I switched to Firefox from Chrome as my computer is too old (OS-High Sierra) and wouldn't support Chrome any more I've had to restart several times and each time I reopen Firefox, all my tabs are deleted. How can I prevent this and/or restore my tabs?

Suddenly all shortcuts have disappeared from Firefox new tabs. I have tried re-entering new ones, but it wont edit/save them either. Firefox version 115.42.0esr (old Mac OS).

Starting about a week ago I can no longer access wonkette.com. The home screen shows up fine but I can't proceed any further. I'm running firefox 115.41.0esr (64-bit) on a mac running 10.13.6. The operating system on my iMac is still the same version as when I bought it about 10 years ago: macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6. Since I recently downloaded the latest version of Firefox, left mouse clicks no longer work in Substack pages. How can I download and install a version of Firefox that will go back to working for me the way it used to? I'd rather not update to a later version of the macOS operating system. I suppose I can if I absolutely have to, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do that either.

115.40.0esr on Mac OS High Sierra v. 10.13.6

When attempting to enter log in information automatically, the expected notification appears and is confirmed, but the "Logins & Passwords" repository remains empty.

When attempting to enter log in info manually, from the "Logins & Passwords"page, the error message "an error occurred while trying to save this password" pops up after filling the fields under "Create New Login" and hitting the "Save" button.

I know I'm working on borrowed time with this setup, but I'd like to squeeze as much life as I can out of this old Mac, and having a functioning password manager is high priority.

I'm running mac os 10.13.6 and have installed Firefox 118.38 ERS but some websites are not allowing me to proceed due to my system being outdated/unsupported, what can I do about it? Cheers in advance for any pointers.

I keep getting a notice from Google to do a scan because I have been hacked and have a virus. I have done a Mozilla scan that reports no problem. What is going on? The message wants me to install a security app I am not familiar with.
