LastPass extension disappeared and will not reinstall.
I receive an error when trying to add the extension saying, "An unexpected error occurred during installation."

My comment is not a solution, but as an aside, I would warn that, as Wikipedia notes, "LastPass has suffered significant security incidents... leading many security professionals to call for users to change all their passwords and switch to other password managers." Notably, a vulnerability was found in the browser extension last year. If I were you, I would change all your passwords and switch to a different password manager.
