bokmarks won't transfer

I believe I do. My problem I just had knee replacement a week ago and can’t physically hook back up the old one right now. I changed operating system on my windows 10 about a year ago and had no problem reloading them at that time.
If you can access the old computer, it may be possible to rescue your old bookmarks.
