Trouble viewing websites with Firefox
I am having difficulty trying to view a website. I receive the following message whenever I try to view this website:
"Suspected Phishing This website has been reported for potential phishing.
Phishing is when a site attempts to steal sensitive information by falsely presenting as a safe source."
There are two buttons beneath this message, the one on the left which reads "Learn More," the one on the right which reads "Ignore & Proceed." Yet when I click on either of the buttons a blank white page appears.
The web address in the URL field also changes from the website I originally selected to the following:
Why would I not be able to view this website (and others too) with Firefox but am able with Chrome? I want to be able use Firefox, as Chrome will not allow use of an extension that Firefox will.
Please tell me how this problem may be fixed.

Hi
The "smartredirect .de" link you provided seems either to be a fishing link or is falsely flagged. I've run it through Cloudflare radar and it came back as "pishing" or something related to a security issue. I can see some weird stuff regarding the configuration of the website and it's DNS. Unless you are really sure you need to access it, you should give up and follow the best practice.
If you could provide a bit more context and maybe some screenshots, i'll try to help you to the best of my extent.

Yes, I am having the same problem. A website that opens in chrome fails to open in firefox. In the past, being redirected to a page with Suspected Phishing and Ignore & Proceed option button allowed you to proceed to the site you used regularly and trusted. Here is an example of the url that appears after pushing Ignore & Proceed.....
.....then nothing appears. The site I was trying to reach opens without issue in Chrome. The outcome has been, I have had to use Chrome more and more for browsing. Firefox is working OK for sites I have bookmarked and doesn't have Suspected Phishing popping up. Keen to solve this.
Some of that has to do with your DNS and the version used. Not all DNS lists have the same sites set to blocked or flagged. It sounds like the site has been reported as unsafe, which some extentions will block fully. Cloudflare tends to have the best update site info though. There could also be an issue with the sites security certificate, which means it lost HTTPS status. I don't follow links personally, but you might check your extensions and privacy settings to make sure that none of those are blocking the site, especially cookie blockers or fingerprint blockers. Are you using a version of Firefox with UBlock running?
I do not even speak the same langue a you. What is DNS?
