Hi support team,

There seems to be an issue loading certain pages since the new update to v 136.01 (64 bit). I am not technical so wouldn't be able to tell you what sort of page I am looking at. However, the following "dashboard" doesn't seem to load since the recent update:

I'm getting so fed up with parts of ebay not working after automatic Firefox updates. Every few months and usually on a Friday morning (this is when Ebay does it weekly tech maintenance) and after a recent Firefox update, something packs the job in on Ebay!. This time it's the listings, ALL of them!. My watchlist page is working fine, I can scroll down and everything is loading, photo's, text etc but, I go to search for an item and it's all over the place, not loading, filter buttons have a mind of their own, slow or non existent listings and filter side bar etc, etc. When I exit Ebay, Firefox won't reload. I have to wait for it to get itself back together, usually a few minutes later. Yet on other browsers it's running fine. I've done everything! (I've had a lot of experience with this issue) I've disabled enhanced tracking, cleared cache etc, uninstalled Ebay and Firefox and re-installed them. It works fine on ipad, phone and other browsers just not Firefox desktop! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? AND WHY SO @@@@@@@ OFTEN!!! I really can't take it any more. for over 15 years I've been fighting with this, I'm tired! PLEASE!!! SOMEONE AT FIREFOX, HELP!!! AT THE VERY LEAST, TALK TO EBAY AND SORT THIS OUT, FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE!

I have written you all now three times. I cannot use Safeway.com to order my groceries and have had this problem since October of last year. I have to use another brower, which I detest to make my orders. All of my preferences are on the safeway.com page but when I search, let's just say "eggs" it tells me that my spelling must be wrong or there are no items that match my search. Please please help me fix this. I have called Safeway.com 4 times and they say it is a Firefox issue. Thank you.

I am using Version 128.8.0esr (64-bit)

If I go to youtube and select to try to play a video by "open in new tab", the video will not play unless I continuously press "k". Same result if it is a new window, includong private window.

If I click play directly, it plays.

Go to youtube and search for (eg) Hotel California. Try playing the Eagles' video in a new tab and it won't play unless the K key is held down. Go back to the original search results page and click play on the video and it plays.

This behaviour is new :(

Firefox will not allow me to access my internet banking account. The recent update caused me many problems. Is there a seurity setting in Firefox that I should take a look at or correct? Thank you!

Hello! I have recently not been able to view any images when I click on the "Images" tab after I have typed something into the search engine. I cleared my cache, thinking it was just loading slowly or something and figured I would free up a little space. It didn't help at all. I do have an older MacBook Pro (2016). I'm hoping it's not that my computer is too old to run a Firefox update or something. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help! -Lorrie

Hi! I'm having trouble with Firefox while shopping on Scottish Kilt Co., a store for custom kilts and Scottish accessories. The website is slow to load, and some images aren’t displaying properly. Is there something in my browser settings I need to adjust for a smoother shopping experience?

I’ve already cleared my cache and updated Firefox, but the problem persists. Any tips on improving performance or troubleshooting would be appreciated!

Trying to sign in to my bank account (Citizens Bank). Enter known good userid & password, receive message that i am successfully logged OFF. Get hung in logon loop. Have changed site password thru 2-way authentication, password accepted, logon retried, same result. Called in tech support, they could find no problem, advised using different browser. Tried Edge, logged in no problem. Been using FF for years, first real problem. Help??

Using Imac m3 and Sonoma and latest version of Firefox. An instructional site I frequent contains videos hosted both on You Tube and on Kajabi. The videos from Kajabi show a blank space where the thumbnail would be while the YT videos appear and play fine. However, when I switch to Safari the videos appear. Sounds like a firefox glitch but I can't figure out which setting to change...if it is a settings issue. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
