Unfortunately, this is the age we live in. Our information is being sold without our permission or knowledge every time we apply for a credit card/store loyalty card, become involved in a traffic accident, or renew our drivers license (Yes! Department of Motor Vehicles sells our information.) The best you can do is mark the email as "Junk", block the sender, or create a filter that will automatically send your spam to your trash bin or completely delete if that option is available. The process for this depends on which email server you are using. Their support teams should be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
