Missing password
My husband sent his laptop back to the vendor to be repaired. It was returned to him fixed, and he can access all his items, EXCEPT, his Thunderbird email is asking for his password. If he cannot recall what it is, is there a way to recover it? He has access to his email via our Internet Service Provider by logging onto their website. Is it possible for Mozilla Thunderbird to send him a reset password email he can access that way? HELP!

If he needs a password reset, that must come from his email provider. That would be done by logging on to the online account and doing the 'forgot password' routine to secure a new password. Once he has it, he can set that in Thunderbird.
