Explain how to access account if Thunderbird keeps denying access. Everything was fine and dandy as of Dec 17th. I can access through aol mail, but prefer thunderbird and aol doesn't include all past i messages that thunderbird lists

Is this an @aol.com account or a Verizon account through AOL?
