Right-click the message, Forward As|Inline. Does that work?

Tools/Account Settings, select an account in the left pane, then look at Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the right pane. Each account should be sending on an smtp with the same User Name and password, not a Default server for all accounts. Otherwise, you may see the kind of thing that I think is happening on your setup. For example, if you send From account X through the smtp for a gmail account, instead of an smtp for X, gmail will switch the addresses so it looks, to the recipient, as if the message was sent From the gmail account. You can avoid this by either setting X to send through smtp X, or adding X as a 'Send mail as' account in gmail settings/Accounts & Import. Other providers besides gmail may have the same policy.
