Hi Wayne First, which Thunderbird password have you lost? There would be the password for accessing your email, and if you had set this up there might also be a 'master password'. A) Email password - Thunderbird simply submits your existing online email password when it connects to your email provider. So, to recover or reset your password, you would connect to your roadrunner account online (webmail), change the password there, and then enter the same password when Thunderbird next downloads email. First check you can log in to your online webmail - if you can, just set the same password in Thunderbird.
