tab title in hebrew often shows unexpected "specks"

Using FF nightly (69) I've noticed recently sometimes the tab title shows some "specks" on the right side of the text, like the screen is dirty (see attached images). I think this happens mostly in RTL tabs, but not sure.

Is this problem exclusive to Firefox Nightly or does it also happen in the standard Firefox release?

Firefox Nightly is designed for testing purposes only and may have a lot of unfixed bugs since it's in active development. If the issue only occurs in Firefox Nightly, please file a bug report so that the developers can look into it.
