Can't "add acception" to Insecure Connection page.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
Attempted to add an exception for this certificate, and don't see an associated button for this under "advanced".
Backstory: We are working with an iBoss filter system that can filter by HTTPS traffic. Part of this requires pushing out a custom-created iBoss generated certificate. iBoss performs a Man in the Middle attach to decrypt, read/filter, re-encrypt traffic. When re-encrypting traffic, iBoss is then using its own "generated" certificate.
Chrome and IE are showing as accepting our internally generated certificate.
Other Pertinent Information Add exception button shows up in Firefox Ver.53 Firefox Ver. 54 stops showing up

Who is the issuer of the certificate if you use an online decoding website?
You didn't post the certificate text, so we can't check this.
You would have to install a root certificate that chains to this certificate and set the trust bit(s) accordingly to make this work in Firefox.
Do NOT set any trust bits on an intermediate certificate. Trust bits are only required for trusted root certificates and should never be set on an intermediate certificate.
