How do I set up a newsgroup of my own to which I can send emails?
I belong to an organization & need to send emails to at least 20 people. How do I set up this user group as cannot identify them in the address book.

In the Address Book, you can either create a new address book, or set up a Mailing List.
File|New|Address Book or File|New|Mailing List
A Mailing List is not quite a newsgroup, in the proper sense, but it allows you to address all of its member Contacts by entering just its name into the address box. I'd advise that however you do it, use Bcc:.
